Bert E. Brodsky of Sands Point was recently honored at the Alzheimer's Foundation of America's "Together for Care: Profiles in Caregiving" reception and concert for "actively engaging" in the nonprofit's growth, foundation officials said. Brodsky, the nonprofit's founding chairman, is executive chairman of Sandata Technologies in Port Washington and also founded both National Medical Health Card Systems and Medical Arts Services, a computer-automated billing and management program. In addition, he is a managing partner in Didit.com, an independent search marketing agency, and has served on the New York State Commission on Healthcare Facilities in the 21st Century and New York's Medicaid Reform Task Force.
