Bob Stark of Long Beach recently received the 2011 Commercial Broker of the Year Award at the Long Island Board of Realtor's annual Appreciation Luncheon based on his achievements in the field. Stark is an associate broker with Prudential Douglas Elliman Real Estate in Long Beach specializing in commercial property in the Long Island, Queens and Brooklyn regions. He is also a retired New York City firefighter and a member of the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors and Long Island Commercial Network.
