Charline Belizaire of Central Islip recently received the Living the Mission Award from Catholic Health Services of Long Island for "exemplifying the values of respect, justice, integrity and excellence," the organization said. Belizaire, a member of Catholic Health Services, is a certified nursing assistant at Our Lady of Consolation Nursing & Rehabilitative Care Center in West Islip, where she has worked since 1999. She was nominated for the award by colleagues.
