David Hahn of Old Brookville was recently honored at the Lutheran Schools Association's 2011 golf outing based on his 35 years of Lutheran education. Hahn has served as head of school at Long Island Lutheran Middle & High School in Brookville since 1987 and has seen the school expand from 375 students to 600 students under his tenure. He also serves on the faculty of the Van Lunen Center in Michigan, is a past president of the Association of Lutheran Secondary Schools, and is a past vice president of the Association of Lutheran Development Executives.
