Deborah Faulhaber of St. James recently received the Chancellor's Award for Excellence in Classified Service from the State University of New York (SUNY), and the Farmingdale State College President's CARES Award, for "exemplary service to the college community," SUNY said. She is administrative assistant to the college's dean of the Theresa Patnode Santmann School of Health Sciences. She is a member of the Knights of Columbus Rt. Rev. Msgr. William A. Delaney Council and has volunteered for groups and committees at St. James Roman Catholic Church in East Setauket.
