Donald Regan of Rockville Centre has received the Bishop John R. McGann Lifetime Achievement Award from the Friends of Mercy Medical Center for "volunteering time and effort in support" of the Rockville Centre facility. He is a longtime member of the group and chaired its Mercy Ball in 1996. He is also on the board of advisers for Kent State University's master's program in financial engineering and is a member of the president's councils of the U.S. Naval Academy and the College of the Holy Cross.
