Jeffrey W. Moses of Southampton recently received the 2012 Distinguished Service Award at the American Heart Association's 16th annual Heart of the Hamptons Ball based on his efforts raising support and awareness about heart disease and stroke. Moses is an interventional cardiologist and professor of medicine at Columbia University in Manhattan who has performed more than 15,000 interventional procedures and served as lead investigator for numerous national and international clinical studies on coronary stent placement. He is also a fellow in multiple professional societies and serves on the editorial board as a reviewer for numerous peer review journals.
