Rajiv Datta of Muttontown was recently honored at the 16th annual Gala Convention of the American Association of Physicians of Indian Origin's Queens-Long Island Chapter based on his leadership, accomplishments and excellence as a cancer surgeon. Datta is chair of the surgery department and medical director of the Gertrude & Louis Feil Cancer Center at South Nassau Communities Hospital in Oceanside. He is also a fellow of the International College of Surgeons, the American College of Surgeons and the Royal College of Surgeons.
