Grace Blank of Bayville recently received the Spirit Award from Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage on Long Island and in Queens in recognition of her "overall ability to represent the real estate industry at the highest and most commendable level," the organization said. Blank is a real estate agent and previews property specialist in the company's Manhasset office, and donates a portion of her earnings from each transaction to a charity of her client's choosing. She is also involved with the Glen Cove Youth Board, Interfaith Nutrition Network in Hempstead and the Long Island Women's Business Association, among other organizations.
