Janis Faraone of North Babylon recently received the Living the Mission Award from Catholic Health Services of Long Island for "exemplifying the values of respect, justice, integrity and excellence," the organization said. Faraone is a member of Catholic Health Services and a recreational therapist at Our Lady of Consolation Nursing & Rehabilitative Care Center in West Islip, where she has worked since 1997. She was nominated for the honor by her colleagues.
