Jayne Clare of Southampton has been named to the "20 to Watch" list for 2012-13 by the National School Boards Association's Technology Leadership Network based on her ability to "inspire colleagues to incorporate innovative technology solutions that contribute to high-quality learning environments and more efficient school district operations," the organization said. Clare is a special-education teacher at Southampton Intermediate School and co-founder of the educational website Teachers with Apps. Before joining Southampton 17 years ago, she taught for a dozen years in the Hampton Bays School District.
