Jeanne Cox of Seaford has received the Frank K. Hoschek Memorial Service Award from Seaford Public Library based on her more than 30 years of service to the Seaford community. Cox is a former member of the library's board of trustees, where she championed various building renovations, upgrades in information technology and the library's summer concert series. She was presented with the award during a ceremony held before the library's outdoor concert on Aug. 13.
