John Dimino of Shoreham recently received the 2011 Lender of the Year Award from the Empire State Certified Development Corp. for his work helping Long Island businesses to access the U.S. Small Business Administration's 504 loan program to help financial real estate projects. Dimino is regional vice president of business banking for M&T Bank in Melville, where he is responsible for the expansion of M&T's presence on Long Island and Manhattan. He manages three lending teams located in Nassau and Suffolk counties and the five boroughs.
