John Dominici of East Islip recently received the Living the Mission Award from Catholic Health Services of Long Island for "exemplifying the values of respect, justice, integrity and excellence," the organization said. Dominici, a member of Catholic Health Services, is an executive chef manager at Our Lady of Consolation Nursing & Rehabilitative Care Center in West Islip, which is a position he has held since 2010. He was previously the owner of Our Little Italy Restaurant in West Islip.
