Matthew D. Silver was recently honored at the eighth annual Butterfly Auction & Dinner of the Marcie Mazzola Foundation, a Commack-based nonprofit that assists abused and at-risk children. Silver, who was honored based on his community involvement, is founder and president of Ultimate Class Limousine in Hicksville and co-founder and vice president of the Melville-based nonprofit Long Island Community Chest. He is also board president of Rides Unlimited, a division of Family Residences and Essential Enterprises in Old Bethpage, and People Community Counseling Center in Bethpage.
