Steven Mucciolo of Smithtown has received the 2012 Champions for a Cure Award from the Kidney & Urology Foundation of America based on his dedication to the community. Mucciolo is a senior vice president and partner at New York Wealth Management in Garden City. He also volunteers his time to help raise funds for the foundation as well as the Long Island Center for Independent Living, the Boy Scouts of America's Theodore Roosevelt Council and the John J. Byrnes Community Center in Uniondale.
