Tom Owens of Baldwin was recently named Small Business Person of the Year by the Baldwin Chamber of Commerce in recognition of his continued dedication and service to the organization and community. Owens has been the owner of Evergreen Landscaping Design in Baldwin for more than 30 years and has donated curbside trees and landscape services to various locations in the hamlet. He is also a fireworks sponsor and a car-show coordinator for the Baldwin Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Baldwin Civic Association.
