Vincent Cullen of East Setauket is the inaugural recipient of the Msgr. John T. Fagan Service Award from Little Flower Children and Family Services of New York for his efforts in championing the organization's mission to improve the lives of children, families and developmentally disabled adults in need. Cullen is partner-in-charge of the governmental audit and accounting practice at Port Jefferson Station-based accounting firm Cullen & Danowski and is vice president of Little Flower Union Free School District's Board of Education. He is also a past president of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants' Suffolk County Chapter and past chairman of the society's public school accounting committee.
