Debra Giugliano

of Nesconset has been named a nurse of excellence by the Nassau-Suffolk Hospital Council. Giugliano is a pediatric nurse practitioner at Stony Brook University Medical Center, where she specializes in caring for children with hematologic and oncologic illnesses. She is on the board of directors for the Association of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Educational Specialists and developed Stony Brook's Children Helping Children program

to raise oncology awareness.
