Diane Steinhauer of Hicksville has been named a 2010 winner of the

President's CARES Award from Farmingdale State College for her performance and service to the college community. Steinhauer, who has worked at the college since 1983, is an information technology instructional support specialist and supervisor of instructional computing. In her position, she assists various college groups with computer-related support and instructs faculty and staff on new technology.
