Janis Schoen of Locust Valley will be honored at the upcoming 2010 Spring Swing Invitational golf tournament hosted by the Mill Neck Family of Organizations for her work with Mill Neck Manor School for the Deaf. For four years, Schoen has served as director of Locust Valley Library, which hosts two student interns through Mill Neck's work-study program. She is also a member of the American Library Association, Nassau Library System and Locust Valley Rotary.
