Julie Levi of Muttontown has been named a 2010 Women's Business Enterprise Star by the Women's Business Enterprise National Council for "continued success and leadership" as head of a woman-owned business. Levi is president and founder of New Jersey-based Progressive Promotions, an agency providing corporate clients with imprinted products. The business, launched in her home office in 1987, now works with companies including American Express, Kraft Foods and Panasonic.
