Michael C. Axelrod of Roslyn received the Floyd Holloway Award from the New York State Association of PBAs as a "long-time representative of the association." He is a partner-in-charge at East Meadow-based law firm Certilman Balin Adler & Hyman, a board member of the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America's New York Chapter, an arbitrator for the state Employment Relations Board, former president with the Jewish Lawyers Association and served on the Waterfront Commission of New York Harbor.
