Philip Panarelli of Babylon was recently honored at the Gurwin Jewish Healthcare Foundation's annual Leonard Ugelow Memorial Gurwin Classic for his involvement with many local charities that "show his commitment to enhancing the lives of others." Panarelli is senior vice president of HSBC Bank, which he joined in 1987, and previously held positions with European American Bank. He also serves on the boards of the Long Island Association and Long Island Risk Management Associates.
