Terence Smolev of Jericho was honored at the Alzheimer's Foundation of America's "Care on the Fairways" event for his dedication and service to the organization. Smolev, a member of the board of trustees since 2007, is a partner-in-charge of the tax, trusts and estates department at the Uniondale-based law firm Forchello, Curto, Deegan, Schwartz, Mineo, Cohn & Terrana. He is an adjunct professor at Hofstra University and a member of the American, New York State, and Nassau County bar associations.
