Marguerite Wilson of East Rockaway has received the Town of Hempstead's Pathfinder Award for contributions to health services. Wilson is a volunteer at South Nassau Communities Hospital in Oceanside, where she has led a group of volunteers for 45 years and managed the hospital's Rockville Centre thrift store for 25 years. She also founded the 4H Club of East Rockaway and was a trustee of Most Precious Blood R.C. Church from 1960 to 2007.
