Police: Long Island Expressway lanes reopened
All lanes of the Long Island Expressway have reopened, after a motor vehicle accident prompted their closure, Nassau police said.
Three westbound lanes had been closed at Exit 46, police said.
One person was taken to the hospital. The individual's condition was not immediately available, police said.
