LIRR on or close after delays, cancellations on Babylon line
The Long Island Rail Road is operating on or close to schedule after earlier delays and cancellations in both directions Wednesday on the Babylon branch as a result of track work near Wantagh.
The delays were due to “congestion caused by track work near Wantagh,” the LIRR said on its website.
