LIRR: Westbound delays of up to 15 minutes into Penn Station

The Long Island Rail Road is "experiencing westbound delays of up to 15 minutes into Penn Station" because of a track condition in one of the East River tunnels, the railroad said.
The LIRR made the announcement on its website toward the tail end of the evening commute.
The 15-minute delays were on all branches, according to the LIRR.
