LIRR: Trains delayed after signal trouble
About 15 Long Island Rail Road trains were delayed Monday morning because of signal trouble west of Merillon Avenue in Garden City and at Bay Shore, the railroad said.
The problem at Merillon Avenue was reported at 8:18 a.m. and was cleared by 8:34 a.m., LIRR spokesman Aaron Donovan said.
He said the Bay Shore problem was reported at 8:57 a.m. and cleared at 9:24 a.m.
