LIRR westbound service restored between Atlantic and Jamaica
Both east and westbound Long Island Rail Road service has been restored between Atlantic Terminal and Jamaica after service had been suspended temporarily due to switching problems, according to the MTA.info site.
The site says that the 4:16 p.m. train departing Atlantic Terminal and scheduled to arrive in Babylon at 5:28 p.m. is the first eastbound train to make the regular run, with the 4:04 p.m. from West Hempstead arriving at 4:47 p.m. at Atlantic Terminal the first westbound.
