John McLane of Peconic, retired president of GCube Insurance Services in Manhattan, has been elected president.

Lisa A. Azzato of Wading River, associate attorney at Lazer, Aptheker, Rosella & Yedid in Melville, has been elected vice president.

Robert C. Ward of Manorville, financial adviser at MLPF&S (Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith) Financial — Merrill Lynch in Riverhead, has been elected secretary.

James C. Ricca of Centerport, partner at Forchelli, Curto, Deegan, Schwartz, Mineo & Terrana in Uniondale, has been appointed to the board of directors of the Huntington Arts Council.

John Sardelis of Great Neck, an associate chair of health administration and professor of health care management, health information systems and graduate management studies at St. Joseph’s College in Patchgoue, has been appointed to the board of directors of the Phillips School of Nursing at Mount Sinai Beth Israel in Manhattan.
