Tara DelBianco of Rockaway Park has been promoted to the director of human resources. She was manager of human resources.
Hollie Bailis of Oakdale has been promoted to the director of information systems. She was manager of information systems.

Mary Prato of Wantagh has been promoted to center director of Harbor Child Care at the Plaza location in Uniondale. She was the assistant center director at the same location.
