Nassau County police are looking for two men who robbed a North Valley Stream gas station early Saturday.

Police said the men entered the Valero station on Franklin Avenue shortly after 5 a.m. and robbed the 21-year-old clerk at gunpoint.

The clerk handed over an undisclosed amount of cash, and the robbers ran away, heading south on Franklin, according to police. The clerk was not injured.

Both men were described as wearing black clothing and masks. One suspect was wearing a black shirt with white stripes and carried a handgun, detectives said.

Police ask anyone with information to call Nassau County Crime Stoppers at 800-244-TIPS.
