About 2,000 homes and businesses in Uniondale lost power Sunday morning after a tree touched a primary wire near 1050 Front St., PSEG spokeswoman Elizabeth Flagler said.

The outage, which occurred at 10:05 a.m., lasted 30 minutes, she said.
