Therapy cows Pearl and Odin, shown with farmhands Haley Stavracos, left, and Isabella Moschetta, are among the animals guests will see during the Holiday Farm Light Tour being offered by the Spirit's Promise Equine Rescue Program at Blossom Hollow Ranch in Riverhead on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings over three weekends in December leading up to Christmas. During the walking tour, guests will wander through a forest of lights in the main barn, see the horses in their decorated stalls and get a glimpse of some of the other animals, such as the playful goats and the farm's two cows. Guests must reserve a time slot on the farm's website, www.spiritspromiserescue.org. They must also wear masks and stay with their family group at all times. Spirit's Promise Equine Rescue is a charity which uses horses and other animals to help people suffering from grief, anxiety and PTSD.
