A man who returned a lost wallet to a Coram woman is suspected of using one of her stolen credit cards to buy more than $100 worth of items from a Ronkonkoma convenience store, Suffolk County police said.

The woman dropped her wallet in a Smithtown parking lot Jan. 16, Fourth Squad detectives said. The wallet was returned to her, but she later realized several credit cards, including a Citibank MasterCard, were missing.

The suspect is seen on video surveillance using one of the woman's cards at a 7-Eleven store on Peconic Street in Ronkonkoma, where he bought items including a cell phone, police said.

The suspect was unable to use other credit cards, police said.

Anyone with information can call Crime Stoppers, 800-220-8477. All calls will be kept confidential.
