Former Rep. Anthony Weiner, who resigned Thursday for using Twitter, email and other online social media to send lewd messages and photos to female followers, got his start in politics working in the office of then-Rep. Charles Schumer (D-Brooklyn) in 1985.

Weiner's first job? According to the Congressional Staff Directory from the time: "computer operator."
