Father who lost son killed by alleged drunken driver pleads for changes to bail law

On Thursday, the Nassau County Legislature held a hearing to discuss the bail reform law that went into effect on Jan. 1. Newsday reporter Candice Ferrette has the story, the most emotional aspect of it being when Victor Maldonado of the Bronx broke down at the podium.
