4th C.D.: As election nears, GOP's Mangano appears with Democrat Rice

Under the aegis of governance, Nassau Republican County Executive Edward Mangano has taken part before in joint appearances with Democratic District Attorney Kathleen Rice.
Another is set for Saturday, which happens to be less than three weeks before Rice appears on the ballot for Congress against Republican Bruce Blakeman — and days after Mangano's commercial for Democratic Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo was released.
The occasion is a gun buyback between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. tomorrow at the Christian Light Baptist Church on Park Place in Long Beach. A rifle gets $100, a handgun $200 and an assault rifle $400, and it's all guaranteed to be done anonymously.
