  • He has served as presiding officer of the county legislature and has been a member in the legislature since 2014.

ISSUES:

  • McCaffrey said his mission is to bolster resources for public safety.
  • He wants to improve county parks.
  • He supports having the county hire a special counsel to protect the county against the unfunded location of migrants seeking asylum.
