Town of Southampton Proposition

Proposal Three

This proposal asks voters in the Town of Southampton whether they want 43 South Main Street in the Village of Southampton to be temporarily removed from its inventory of park spaces to make way for a water quality improvement project. In exchange, the town will buy vacant land at 137 Pond Lane in the Village of Southampton to be included in its park rolls.

A "YES" vote will allow the Town of Southampton to proceed with the transaction.

A "NO" vote will kill the proposal.
