BACKGROUND: Curran Perrucci, 40, of Hicksville, is running on the Green Party line in the primary and on the Democratic, Working Families and Women’s Equality party lines in the general election. She has been an assistant county attorney since July 2017, serving the Nassau County Family Court Bureau, specializing Family Court, Department of Social Services, Department of Probation and juvenile delinquent cases. Curran Perrucci served as the Family Court bureau chief from 2016 to 2017, deputy bureau chief from 2014 to 2016 and senior deputy county attorney from 2003 to 2006. She graduated from Adelphi University in 2000 and received her law degree from the City University of New York School of Law in 2003. She was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2004. Curran Perrucci is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association, Nassau County Women’s Bar Association, and Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, and volunteers as a catechist at the Holy Family School in Hicksville.
