Republican presidential hopeful Jeb Bush wasted no time trying to woo freshman Rep. Lee Zeldin (R-Shirley), who represents Long Island's East End, and just as importantly, the generous campaign donors of the Hamptons. Bush, the former governor of Florida, and brother and son of former presidents, has been out of office for a while but hasn't forgotten to leave a calling card. On Jan. 6, Bush's team set up the Right to Rise political action committee, and on Feb. 5 that PAC made two donations totaling $5,200 to Zeldin. But Zeldin spokesman Jennifer DiSiena said, not so fast: "Congressman Zeldin has not endorsed any 2016 candidate for president."?
