Suffolk: Levys offer house for sale
Want to live like a county executive?
Well, you may have the chance, because lame-duck County Executive Steve Levy and his wife Colleen have put they Bayport home up for sale.
Their Barrett Ave. home is on the Multiple Listing Service website as being on sale for $369,000 and is listed as being in “mint” condition. The listing even includes a virtual tour and had a open house scheduled for last Saturday.
Levy said they are “testing the waters” but have not decided to sell and have not yet bought another residence.
