Tim Sullivan has left his job as $159,101-per-year deputy Nassau County executive for finance to become the Nassau University Medical Center's vice president of finance at $185,000 a year.

Eric Naughton, former budget chief to County Executive Edward Mangano, will replace Sullivan as deputy executive, said Mangano spokesman Brian Nevin. Naughton returned to Nassau from Florida several months ago.

Hospital spokeswoman Shelley Lotenberg said Sullivan replaces senior vice president of finance Richard Perrotti, who retired in April at a salary of $260,000. She noted Sullivan's long experience in public finance and the fact that he oversaw Nassau Health Care Corporation finances in his last post.
