Kremer, 38, is running on the Republican Party line. An election clerk at Suffolk County Board of Elections, she has worked for law firms in the past. This is her first run for public office.

ISSUES:

• Kremer declined to outline any issues important to her campaign, saying only that she thinks Republicans deserve representation on the town board.
