  • He is a Marine Corps veteran, having served as an air traffic controller in Hawaii during the Vietnam War.
  • He is part of the National Association of Enroll Agents, National Conference of CPA Practitioners and the New York State Society of CPAs.

ISSUES:

  • Martin said he will propose to create council districts to change how town council members are elected instead of getting elected at large.
  • He said he will eliminate the Babylon Town communications department and speak for the town as supervisor.
  • He said will post all salaries of Babylon Town employees on the town website.
