• Muscarella has been a member of the Nassau County Legislature, 8th Legislative District since its formation in 1996, winning reelection 12 times.
• Muscarella is a partner in Muscarella & Tomasone in Franklin Square, a general practice law firm that focuses on real estate, estate, corporate and business law.
• He served as New York State Assemblyman, 22nd District from 1991-1995, before his resignation in 1995 to run for legislator.
• Muscarella graduated from Bowdoin College in Maine in 1976 and St. John’s University School of Law in 1979.
