  • Levine was a member of the Town of North Hempstead Board of Zoning Appeals from Jan. 2012-March 2021.
  • He maintained a private practice in Mineola from 1997-March 2021. Levine graduated from SUNY-Binghamton in 1987 and earned his law degree from New York Law School in 1990.
